Room Hire in Heswall
Heswall Quaker Meeting House is close to the shopping centre of Heswall, within easy reach of public transport and car parking. It is a purpose-built facility offering several room sizes and services to suit a variety of meetings and events.
The three meeting rooms are available from Monday to Friday, for mornings, afternoons, or evenings. The exact times can be discussed with the Meeting House Warden. Sometimes rooms can be hired at other times, or on Saturdays, by special arrangement.
The Library
The rectangular Library has seats for up to 20 people. It's on the ground floor, accessed through the entrance lobby.
The Meeting Room
The main Meeting Room is a large square room on the first floor with seats for up to 50 people. There's also a piano and a screen for visual presentations.
The Coffee Room
The Coffee Room, also on the first floor, is rectangular with seats for up to 20 people.
Facilities
The self-service tea bar on the first floor is available for users to make tea or coffee.
We have a flip chart stand with paper provided for use in any of the rooms.
Accessibility
Heswall Quaker Meeting House is accessible for wheelchairs on the ground floor, and there are toilets on the ground floor adapted for use by less-able people. There is a stair lift to the first floor.
